Studying online is a great way to earn a recognised qualification and boost your career prospects. You don’t have to attend a training centre or access the course at a specific time, the learning is entirely self paced so you can pick up your learning whenever is convenient.

As many as you can comfortably work on. The courses at The Training Terminal are easily accessible so you can study one, two or more courses simultaneously or you can study one at a time – it’s entirely up to you.

Enrolling on to one of the Training Terminal courses is simple. Once you have found a suitable course that you would like to study, simply click on the ‘Buy Now’ option which will take you to the checkout where you can purchase the course. Once your payment has been processed you will be sent an email link to your course which you can access immediately.

Some of our courses are available as either Level 1 or Level 2. Level 1 courses are designed for the complete beginner with little or no knowledge of the subject area. Level 2 courses are more advanced and provide you with the knowledge so that you comply with relevant EU legislation.

As The Training Terminal is based entirely online, there are no restrictions on where you can study. If you live, work or are spending an extended period of time away from home overseas, as long as you have access to the internet you can study your course from anywhere at any time.

Certainly. Follow the same steps as you would if you were purchasing the course for yourself, but after purchasing, simply drop us an email or give us a call and let us know who the course is for and we can easily change the learner details on our system.

Yes. As long as you have access to the internet you can access our courses while on the move using your tablet or mobile device. Just connect to Wi-Fi and you can access your course through the login page on our website.

Our courses are self paced which means that you can enrol whenever you wish. We don’t have set dates for enrolment so you can start a course whenever is convenient for you.

No. With many online learning providers there is a requirement to attend a training centre at some point throughout the course. We have removed this requirement so you can study the course and sit the assessments wherever and whenever you wish as the courses are delivered online through the Training Terminal website.

Delivered online through your student dashboard, you will be provided with login details to access your own control panel where you can view the courses you are studying, browse the courses you have completed and access all of your training materials.

If you need any help with the course content, simply get in touch with one of the team at The Training Terminal who will be able to offer the guidance that you need. When you enrol onto any of our courses you will be provided with contact details of your our dedicated support team.

Many of our courses are CPD Accredited so you will be issued with a certificate of completion if you successfully pass the end of course assessment.

It often depends on the course that you are studying, but the majority of courses can be completed in just a few hours, although you can take as long or as little time as you would like to complete the course.

No. Some of our students have very little knowledge about the subjects they are studying whereas others have been working in particular roles for a number of years and want to refresh their knowledge or update their skills.

No. The Training Terminal courses are open to everyone; young and old. As long as you know how to use a computer and have access to the internet and you can progress through the learning material, there’s no reason why anyone at any age can’t study with us.

If you complete the course properly and carry out the necessary revision, it is unlikely that you will fail the end of course assessment. If you do however, you can re-sit the assessment and we will provide you with feedback on how to ensure that your second attempt is a success.

Yes.

Some of the courses are quite resource intensive so they can take a while to download. If you are experiencing difficulties with viewing or hearing the course content, refresh the page and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes to fully download before attempting to start the module again.

Only courses in English are supported by audio at the present time. However, it is perfectly acceptable to study the course without the audio features. If you are studying an English course but you still can’t hear the audio commentary, please check the sound and volume functions on your computer, mobile or tablet.

Your certificate should be available for immediate download following on from successful completion of your course. If you are having difficulty downloading your certificate, check your internet connection and ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
